The pinta elastomer foil permanently enables the installing of air- and water-tight expansion joints on windows and facades according to the requirements of the EnEV (energy saving regulations), without losing any of its essential permanent elasticity.
The pinta elastomer foil is applied on the exterior and is water vapour permeable.

Storage information
Storable vertically in unopened original packaging for 12 months. Keep out of direct sunlight, store dry and cool.
Processing
The material is not to be installed under tension. A tension-free installation needs to be observed. Material and surface should be clean, dry and free of oils, fat and release agents. Please observe the guidelines of the bonding materials strictly. Should lubricants be used to install piping foils, freeing the surfaces completely of release agents before the subsequent bonding is essential. The appropriate use and suitability should be tested through sufficient test-bonding before installation.
